Our irrigation system maintenance service includes any maintenance to your existing in-ground sprinkler irrigation system or drip irrigation system that goes beyond the system inspection and basic repair services that are included in one of our regular lawn care subscriptions.

Your irrigation system is likely to need repairs, if you notice any of the following:

standing water on the ground after watering
signs of water runoff when it hasn’t rained
plant leaves turn brown or drop off
dry, crispy leaf edges on plants
brittle or brown patches in the lawn
hard soil that pulls away from the foundation

Here are some common irrigation system repairs and the time one might expect us to complete them:

Replace sprinkler head                  1 hour or less*
Replace leaking valves                  1 to 2 hours
Damaged backflow preventer              1 to 2 hours
Leaking in-ground sprinkler line        1 to 2 hours
Busted in-ground sprinkler line         1 to 2 hours
Programming the control unit            1 hour per zone
